About our longer trainings

picture of a beach with trees nearbyAdvenire offers trainings ranging from three to seven days. The trainings are specially designed upon request to meet your needs. The main content is different instruments for individual and group development, such as challenge courses, firewalks, problemsolving, games and much more. The trainings take place indoors as well as outdoors and are conducted in a way that everyone may participate no matter age, size or physical state.

Topics in our trainings include:

  • Working together with others, creating the teamwork needed
  • How others see me, I mirror myself with the help of my peers
  • group close togetherLeadership, inner - leading myself, outer - leading others
  • Trust, how does it work? What does it take?
  • Communication, getting the message through
  • Feedback, give and take for growth
  • Empowerment, how do we create the energy?

 

Part of our range of trainings are also "train the trainer" courses, where you learn to lead teambuilding and teamdevelopment yourself or pick up new ideas if you are already a trainer.

Main focus is on cooperation, leadership and understanding of others in the group. With more emphasis on play for the younger and with more space for insight in group dynamics for the older participants.

Teambuilding Facilitator Training - TFT

By requests from many of our clients we are now again, starting from 2002, offering participation in our train-the-trainer program TFT (Teambuilding Facilitator Training).

The training is targetted towards in-house trainers, consultants and other leaders who are interested in enhancing their skills when it comes to facilitating teambuilding with groups. The methods you learn are based on experiences combined with reflection to create lasting effects.

You will learn techniques and skills for getting the most out of each activity or initiative. You will leave with a bag full of new easy-to-set-up activities and initiatives to be used in both outdoor and indoor settings.

Thorough written documentation is provided including theories and models, write-ups for different exercises, as well as metaphors, readings and quotes to utilize in your work. All ready to use as is.

Program overview

Day 1
Arrival at training location in late afternoon/evening
Dinner together followed by training introduction

Day 2 - 3
Personal experience of work methods
Teambuilding of training group led by our facilitators
Self insight and self leadership

Day 4
Behind the scenes - methods, planning, sequencing
Debriefing/discussion techniques
Ethics, core values and preparation

Day 5 - 6
Practical experience of facilitation
Teambuilding led by participants with feedback

Day 7
Closure
Departure around lunch time

Team Development

For workgroups that want to develop their cooperation and gain further insights into leadership, group dynamics and group development. Through experiential learning we work on goalsetting, planning, communication, inclusion, trust, feedback and individual growth. Theories on group development are presented and woven into the activities.

Length: 4 hours to 3 days.

For newly formed groups that want to get to know each other and get a good start together. On Challenge courses that call for cooperation and unison action we build trust and togetherness. Through active participation we connect thoughts and experiences during the day to insights about group processes and group development.
