Advenire is latin for to happen. For many years Advenire has supplied the leadership community with consulting services and trainings. Today we do less of the travelling around and have instead turned our web page into a resource for leaders and managers to support them in their missions.

My name is Markus Amanto and I work with developing what happens inside of individuals, as well as between individuals in groups and teams.

Through Advenire Individual & Group Growth I offer you professional trainings, where the personal contact is important, using well proven methods for development of individuals and groups, combined with the latest discoveries in learning and experiencing. We work both indoors and outdoors, mixing experience with theory and reflection.

Adventures, both outdoors on ropes/challenge courses and indoors as problemsolving actitivities, are a central part of my trainings and activities. Another central part is self-assesment exercises and simulations of different kinds.

Psychosynthesis, formulated by Roberto Assagioli, is also an integral part of our trainings, as a tool for inner leadership and personal growth.

Safety is number one

Safety, both physical and emotional, has always been number one and the activities were conducted so that everyone could participate, no matter age or physical state. The facilitators were highly trained and skilled both in emotional as well as physical safety.

Just for the fun of it

If you 'just' want to give you your group a chance to have a good time together and bring out a lot of laughter while discovering new sides in each other, Icebreakers is what you need. Here the method was different and the emphasis more on games, fun and laughter.

To be able to offer you a full range of methods and skills I cooperate with several highly trained consultants and trainers in the field of development of individuals, groups and leadership. The activities and trainings are mobile, meaning they can be adapted as far as possible to your needs and logistics.
